Cancellations made less than 48 hours before session time may be partially refundable based on completed preparation work.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is available when requested at least 24 hours before the session start time.

Delivery-Based Services

Where customized written guidance has already been delivered, returns may be limited due to completed service output.
